WHO WE ARE

Pulze+ ("we", "us") is a student membership platform based in Kerala, India. Students verify their student status and unlock exclusive offers from partner businesses through the Pulze+ mobile app ("the App") and our website www.pulzeplus.online.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• Account information — your name, college email address, college/institution name, and profile details you choose to add.
• Verification data — information used to confirm you are a currently enrolled student (your college email domain and, where needed, your student ID details).
• Usage data — offers you view and redeem, and how you use the App, so we can improve it and show you relevant deals.
• Device data — basic technical information such as device type, operating system and app version, used for support and troubleshooting.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To verify your student status and maintain your membership pass.
• To show you offers and let partner venues confirm a redemption at checkout.
• To communicate with you about your account, new offers and service updates.
• To keep the platform secure and prevent misuse of student offers.

WHAT WE SHARE

When you redeem an offer, the partner venue sees only what is needed to honour the discount — a confirmation that you hold a valid Pulze+ pass. Partner businesses do not receive your contact details. We may share aggregated, anonymised statistics (for example, "how many students redeemed this offer") with partners. We only disclose personal data where required by law.

DATA RETENTION

We keep your personal data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except for limited records we are legally required to keep (see our Account Deletion page for details).

YOUR RIGHTS

• Access, correct or update your personal information from your profile in the App.
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Delete your account and personal data at any time — see how to delete your account.
• Opt out of promotional communications from your notification settings.

SECURITY

Your data is stored on secure servers and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to personal data is restricted to team members who need it to operate the service.

CHILDREN

Pulze+ is intended for college and university students. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify you in the App or by email before they take effect. The date at the top of this page always shows the latest revision.
